Fees are earned upon performance of services rendered.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered when:
Completed billing services, claims submissions, coding reviews, insurance verification services, and consulting services are generally non-refundable once performed.
Clients may terminate services with written notice according to the terms of their service agreement.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.
